The PENN1 building is a 57 story, 2.5 million square foot office tower in Midtown Manhattan. Located adjacent to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, the recently modernized skyscraper features a dramatic double-height lobby, 150,000 square feet of retail, and cutting-edge, energy-efficient smart building technology. Innovox Audio SLA-4.1 Tilt speakers were installed on the columns as part of the remodel of the lobby in 2019.
